We read every message. Two kinds get priority:

• Spec corrections. Passport and visa photo rules change — if a number on the site is wrong or out of date, tell us the requirement and the official source and we’ll fix it fast.
• Bug reports. If the tool misbehaves, include the page URL, your browser and what you expected to happen. A screenshot of the check list helps.

One honest limitation: we can’t tell you whether a specific photo will be accepted — only the issuing authority can. But if a check looks wrong (a measurement that doesn’t match what you’d expect), that’s a bug we want to hear about.
